Coming up this month on Dystopian Dance Party, we’ve got the eleventh installment of the Kanye West Oeuvre, a Dystopian Dance Mix of songs about cats, the first in a series of four “Book Club” podcasts on the memoirs of KISS, the launch of our new streaming venture with a playthrough of EarthBound on the SNES, and our guide to the discography of the Monkees. And that’s not even mentioning a few other things that didn’t make the video: like at least one more trip to the Wrecka Stow, and a new Imaginary Genres featuring songs loosely inspired by Pikachu. That’s right, folks: we actually have more content than we can fit in a 50-second video. It’s almost like we’re running a real website here! Almost.
Dystopian Dance Party
Dystopian Dance Party was founded in 2014 by brother and sister Zach and Callie in order to indulge our mutual interests in 1980s R&B music, radio rap, bad movies, and blathering about our opinions. It’s a space where we write/talk about whatever we want, however obscure or pointless, with little to no regard for a potential audience.
